I got in trouble from my DH. He told me I have been leaving the men out with my card creations, and that I need to make something for them. So, I created this card to please him. I got the sketch from this week's "Queen For the Day" Judi Rose' gallery. Her gallery is awesome. While I like her feminine version better, it was perfect for what I wanted to use it for. Hope she likes it. I CASEd this card of Judi's:
I used a different embossing folder, used brown and cream for my card stock, and made a sentiment in place of the butterfly.
I also made this card for ODBD Shining the Light Sketch "Wing It". You needed to use an image that had anything with wings on it. Don't know if you noticed the birds flying around the base of the lighthouse You can see their challenge here:

Ah well, a woman's gotta do what a woman's gotta do to keep her man smiling. I am smiling along too, this is just beautiful in it's simplicity! Love the ef and the lighthouse image. So glad you could join in honouring our Queen for the Day Judi! She is a kind and oh so very talented artist. Do come again.

I know what you mean about male cards. I have a battle with them even when I use what should be masculine stamps they still end up looking like they are for a girlfriend! You did a great job of this.
