I finally have finished my page for the first week of the 52 week Thursday challange.
My Word, in this case words, for the year are "Use It Or Lose It!" This is not only for my craft supplies it is for all the stuff in my house.
I dug out as many old supplies as I could find that would work for this page. Like the tags, that little strip of sticker tape in the lower right corner, one of the punches I used, the eyelets for sure.....
I had to get rid of the waffle iron that has been in the family for about 50 years. I remember buying it from Montgomery Wards for my mother for Christmas, back when I was in high school. I took custody of it 10-15 years ago and continued to make the best waffles for my kids. This little beauty finally wore out and I had to throw it away....but NOT before I took pictures to remind me of those very flat very tasteful hot waffles!

WOW...I can't believe it lasted 50 years!!! Okay, the crafter in me would have somehow kept it to see if I could use those plates as a stamp or something ;-) What a FABULOUS rememberance page; I love that you scrapped an item that has warm memories for your family. I love your phrase, I'm a huge use it or loose it person (my family's not that happy about it though cause I'll get rid of things that they may not have been ready to let go ;-))
