I'm home today because we're having a blizzard here in MA with over a foot already fallen - and so I got to stamp! I combined 3 challenges in my card - today's sketch, yesterday's Teaparty challenge (gold & flowered teapot) as well as the color challenge (use 3 shades of pink)
I got my pinks in on my panels, and gold embossed my Bed of Roses stamp by Rubbernecker on the framed panel.
I made my flowers from mulberry paper - cutting a circle into a swirl and rolling it up starting at the outside edge.
Then I cut my sentiment with a scalloped Nestie tag and added a ribbon.
This card will be going to Katie - you can see her story here.

Your card, as always, is lovely! The mulberry paper flowers are very, very pretty! You are getting much more snow than here in Illinois. It started Tuesday and now it is just flurries. I think we have about 5 inches or so right now.

What a beauty of a card combining these challenges, GF! Love the RED! I'm enjoying looking out at the snow, and knowing Jay will have to do it, not me!! So peaceful sitting on my front porch, warm, snug, reading a good book!! Enjoy your day not having to be at work!!! Hugs my friend!

Beautiful card! Love your roses!
Instead of the phrase we use around here: "make hay while the sun shines" we can coin a new one: "make cards while the snow falls"!
