When Denise filled me in on this week's CAS topic, "A Day in the Snow", I knew I wanted to use this snowman designer paper. Isn't it darling? I had originally planned to use a different sentiment. Then in Friday's mail I received this stamp, which I'd won as a trivia contest prize. It was perfect for the theme so I decided to use it instead of my first choice.
The layout is the sketch for this week's challenge at Paper Therapy. Please feel welcome to come play with us there! 
I realize I may be toeing the line on "clean & simple" here. I really tried to keep the number of layers down, but the card looked unfinished and sort of drab without the red layers and with only green ribbon. It also didn't look right using only red, without the green. But I think the layout is still simple enough to work as CAS. What do you think?
