since this challenge wants you to use old stuff from your stash, I cut my snowman from last years recycled wrapping paper.
I cut him out then traced the image onto chipboard for more stability. I used a nesties scalloped rectangle cut from cherrycobbler card stock and placed my image on that.
on my white bg I used the cb ef "winter wonderland".
I used May Arts velvet ribbon and did some ribbon ruching across the top. I love this look and have used it a lot lately. A simple thanks sentiment completed my card.

This little fella is way to cute to be sitting in your gallery and not have anyone stop by to say 'hello' to him! Love the ribbon - I have learned that it is harder than I thought to do the ribbon this way!! Exceedingly cute card!
