This week Jen challenged us to use the kissing technique. I have been practicing my kissing and have learned a lot in the past couple of days - that sometimes a long slow kiss is better but there are times when a quick peck is best
I was having a little trouble controlling the spacing and pressure on the larger background images, then I had an epiphany (yup, I know that Epiphany is tomorrow) to use my Rubber Stamp Tapestry stamps.
I inked the heart image from Simply Said with Versamagic Pretty Petunia, then the mini Dogwood cluster in Rich Razzleberry and smooched/stamped on white CS. Repeated with the jumbo Sprig stamp.
Cut out images. Stenciled the heart nestie on Flourishes white CS in Razzleberrry and Petunia. Stamped the sentiment from SU Noteworthy in Razzleberry, applied the cutouts with large glue dots and added the pearls.
Theis is an absolutely shameless CASE (shameless-R-us!) of Birgit's artwork: CAS100 Orange Pear by Biggan at Splitcoaststampers
as well as all of the CASers that did heart kisses.
Thanks for looking and have a peaceful day.
