I found a red and purple hat! The only thing is, this cat came with it. He's very famous though. There was a book written about him in 1957. He's been around since even I was young! That would qualify him to join the Red Hat Society, but are males allowed? Are cats??? He said he could wear a wig and lots of jewelry as a disguise, but I told him that, since he's so famous anyway, he should just be himself! I'm sure we won't be bored at THIS tea party!!! LOL! Thanks for taking a peek!!

Hey, what an honor to have The Man at our teaparty! Ooh, Ooh, good thinking CA, you colored in his white stripes....turned them pruple! Very creative in deed...wonder if we are gonna have Green Eggs and Ham? Or maybe Green Tea and Spam? Snort!
What a cool and creative card....its so fun! I was just thinking about hats this morning and this famous cat came to mind. Between the Madd Hatter, The Red Hatters, The Cat in the Hat and the Women of the Kentucky Derby, we have quite the collection of hats!

This made me smile, because the Cat was the first thing I thought of after reading the challenge, rather than glamour and glitz. I was more familiar with Green Eggs and Ham, I think I was an adult before I read The Cat in the Hat. He was certainly a marvellous writer.

I'm all for green tea and spam! Not the mail kind though. What a clever way to do a Red Hat, too bad I didn't think of that! This is cute and best of all brings a smile to my face! I'm lookin' just like this Cat in the Hat!
