My mounted stamps fit two deep in these drawers, which means it's easy to find things when I needed them. I made a mistake with the dry-erase labels. They look cheap. But I don't know if I can get them off without ruining the finish on the wood.

I'm going to try some of these suggestions for those labels. I don't know why, but I was thinking they were the temporary type and would peel off easily. I was planning on using them until I found nicer-looking, permanent labels. Then I realized they were permanent, and they weren't coming off. Boy was I mad at myself!

If those other suggestions don't work, try pealing off the paper then use Pledge or some other furniture polish with some hard rubbing and the glue portion will peal away. I did something like myself and that is how I removed them; it took effort, but it worked without leaving a single mark.
