I covered two challenges with this traditional paper layout. First, I used some of my favorite Christmas papers & embellies for this week's Inspiration Challenge (SIC89). Second, I scraplifted Hollis50's page[Merry_and_Bright_2009_02_by_hollis50 by hollis50 at Splitcoaststampers for the Featured Scrapper Challenge (110410 - HOLLIS50).
Journaling:
"The Newest Family Additions . . .You girls talked your mom into taking you to the mall one day when she didnÂ’t have to work. The next thing she knew, she found herself at Build A Bear letting you each make one of these two adorable reindeer! Apparently, the reindeer were brand new at Build A Bear and Mom didnÂ’t even know about them. Did you have this planned all along? Probably!!
Your little friends were originally named Clarice and Rudolph. Mady kept her guyÂ’s name as Rudolph, but Jaycie changed her little girl reindeerÂ’s name from Clarice to Isabelle! They really are cute -- and check out those fun little slippers. Nov. 9, 2010"

This layout is so cute. Makes me want to run out to Build-a-Bear and force my boys to make reindeer toys just so I can take pictures and scrapbook them! LOL.
I love this page...all the papers...and those deer are toooooo cute! I'll have to admit, my girls are too old for Build A Bear but when I saw the commercial for these I was thinking about going I love Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer tv movie!

Love all of the bright colors; wonderful layout! And such a cute photo. I have those same Build-a-Bear pieces but they are for me. LOL! I have a photo with my red papillon sitting between them. Maybe I should scrap that.

You are right - the reindeer ARE perfect! My DD has the same reindeer, but hers doesn't have the cute slippers b/c we bought it at Bass Pro shop 2 Christmases ago.
