Made 44 of these for my Christmas card this year! :-)
I wanted to use Tim Holtz's new Snow Tree die. I drew, sponged and colored the details on the tree and used Copic's Opaque White paint for snow on the branches, brayered the sky, sponged the snow with Post-It notes.
Stamped the church and background pines with Versamark and Not Quite Navy and Tim Holtz Distress Weathered Wood Ink, then clear embossed. The animals are stamped on the card then stamped again on a separate paper and painted using Not Quite Navy ink as a watercolor. Then used Versamark Ink and clear embossed. Cut out and glued the small animals directly to the paper, and popped up the larger animals. Used gel pen to highlight the reflection from the star. Brushed stickles on the snow for a final touch.

WOWZERS! I've been waiting for you to post this, because you've really outdone yourself Sue! I saw it out at Victorian Village, and let me tell you... this is phenomenal IRL! The detail is amazing... the tiny little cardinals, mice and squirrels are intricately placed in this fantasyland and the depth and perspective are breathtaking. A true masterpiece my friend!
