This week Cindy gave us a white teapot to work with... a blank canvas, so to speak.
I penciled my trees on watercolor paper, then painted the scene with Twinkling H2O's. This was fun, even if I kinda over-worked it... maybe I'll try again and use less paint.
The Destination Station this week is in Minnesota... we're sending cards to fellow SCS'er krischir who is having surgery on both hands/wrists tomorrow.
Thanks for looking... if it hasn't clouded over, I'm off to check out the eclipse.

Those trees do not look overdone - they look very healthy and lush!! Beautifully done! We are lucky here in No. Calif - there aren't too many clouds and we can see the eclipse!

Beautiful tranquil, peaceful scene. Since that's pretty much what it looks like outside just now I didn't venture out to look for the eclipse - much warmer in bed .

Wow! Me thinks you've been hiding your artistic drawing ability under a barrel, perhaps? I think your trees are beautiful, Hilda! You want Bertie to add any extra color?
(8 calendar days; 3 1/2 actual working days to go!! OMG! Is this real or what?)
