This is for the Inspiration challenge and we're viewing some pretty wild blazers for inspiration today, I went with the color purple in this jacket and tie and the yellow in his rose to color my penguins winter attire and also the card background was inpsired by the color and round shape in the photo. That guy (Don Cherry) wears some pretty wild stuff, purple velvet is nothing compared to the wild colors in other photos. It was a fun site, you can view it here!
The sky was created with the brayer technique on regular white paper.
Spellbinder Nestabilities was used for cutting out the moon after the image was stamped and colored with Prismacolor pencils.
Both trees are stamped using the same image. On the left I used portions of the image and a stamp positioner to create a different looking tree.
The snow is created with Sticky Powder and glitter over two layers of torn cardstock.
The blue to the right in the snow is where I didnÂ’t cover the panel with sticky powder; itÂ’s sponged with blue to look like a frozen lake.

Your penguin could rival Don's in his wild attire(maybe he should join the snowboarder set? ) Darling card in which you obviously had fun with today's challenge site, Roxie. The surrounding scene and sparkling(blingy) snow are wonderful.
