I needed to come up with a color combo for the hat and scarf and decided the blue from her sunglasses and red from the swimsuit here would work out okay. I really donÂ’t think this guy would care what the colors are, he looks pretty content to just slide on down the mountain!
-To form the mountain I first stamped and colored the image on the cardstock, made the tear to sorta go with the slope of the skies and flipped the under piece in both direction and had a perfect mountain which I glittered with stickles on the edge.
-Prismacolor pencils were used to color the image.
-A black Marvy marker was used to doodle on the border.
-The trees are a die cut from Sizzix which I cut in half and glued to each side of the card. I added snow with 3D paint from Scribbles and while it was wet I sprinkled on some glitter. Note: the right tree was cut down a bit when I made the panel smaller, just didnÂ’t care for the non layered look and the left tree was shortened to fit on the slope.
-The center of each snowflake has a dot of Art Glitter adhesive and glitter added.
-The clouds are also torn paper which I sculpted with a metal ball stylus so when I glued them to the card theyÂ’d have a bit of wrinkle to themÂ…I wasnÂ’t that impressed!

Love that sking pooch! Your torn mountain with stickles looks great, and I love the idea of cutting your die-cut tree in half to use on either side! Very creative!!
