A wonderful clothing web store called Shabby Apple is the Inspiration Challenge for us today.
I've been wanting to try pleated ribbon on my cards so I chose this pretty Ming Dress to inspire my card.
First I laid a strip of Scor Tape along the bottom of my panel. Then I laid the silk ribbon along it folding it as I went. Then I sewed along the top to flatten it down and hold the pleats.
I cut my felt flower with PTI dies and cut the sentiment with a square Nestability. The fun teaparty stamp is from Waltzingmouse Stamps
