This week we're headed to San Antonio to cheer Linda T. who suffers from cancer and recently lost her mother who was helping to care for her. We're taking finches and cats.... This little finch is watching out for those cats as he's seen a few feathers floating about...
I've had this bird punch for several months and had never used it... so it was just waiting for today's teapot party. Read about it here... http://mothermark.blogspot.com
Ok, so I'm totally wishing I had used a tiny black brad rather than this googlie eye.... oh, well, next time...

Wow Linda... I LOVE this! I tried and tried to get that embossed background to work for me, but couldn't figure it out. You sure nailed it... it's beautiful.

You certainly made a great finch with the punch. Lucky it wasn't a European one, they're different and I was very glad I didn't have to try to reproduce one. Isn't it lovely when you have just what you need to make the perfect card .
