This week's QFTD is Maxell. I have taken a few liberties in CASEing her card but I used her River Bark card as a starting point. We both have a tree at the top, a sentiment at the bottom, a similar layout and the same number of layers. From there I headed off in my own direction. :) I've made a Christmas card so used some pretty typical Christmas colours. Since I took the photo, I have purchased some Stickles so I've sparkled up that tree real purdy like.
Thanks to Maxell for a wonderful gallery to browse through and for all the wonderful comments you leave in the gallery for others.

So you dolled your tree huh? Actually, thats really a pretty snow laden tree. Love how you worked your border, Heather.
This is really a great card and case. So, what's up with this hangin' in AZ. Are you one of those very fortunate people that winter in AZ? Wow, I'm imressed. Mernie Bug and Anne Dodd are in AZ. Anywhere near them? Those are 2 buds I'd sure like to meet up with.

Whew! I'm off the hook now that I see you have that awesome holly punch. How many more have you purchased in AZ? I really love that sentiment piece. So pretty! What is it...about 8 more days before you go back to cold country? Enjoy yourself! Love your card.
