This was my 2nd attempt at using the WISH technique to create the bg effect. I stamped in Close to Cocoa craft ink on Natural White cs then used a variety of markers (neutral browns, Cajun Craze and Peach Parfait) to creat the bg. I did less "smooshing" this time so the dots of color are more distinct. After the paper was dry, I crumpled it then sponged on Soft Suede. The edges are distressed using the cutter kit distressing tool (my best buddy!!!) and sponged with more Soft Suede. The center medallion was stamped in Cajun Craze on the same and was crumpled and sponged after cutting out. The sentiment was also crumpled and sponged, backed with a punched Soft Suede piece with sponging around its edges mounted over Early Espresso Ribbon.

Wonderful card. I love how it looks vintage with that technique. Baroque Motifs stamp set is still one of my favorite sets and you used it so well here.
Thanks for sharing.
