The main image is the cute snowman from Mark's Finest Papers' set Snowman Country -- colored with blues and grays. The snow falling on him was created using one of the Stampin' Up Itty Bitty Backgrounds. I embossed a piece of DCWV adhesive cardstock, using a Sizzix die. Because the cardstock has a white back, I was able to sand off some of the blue color, making the snowflakes more visible. I found that wonderful bling at Hobby Lobby on sale at 50% off for a pack of four different snowflakes.
This is for the Stampin'B's DT challenge and also Speedy's Friends challenge, both of which wanted snowflakes on your card.

This is just the cutest card, Lois. It was such a good idea to use the Itty Bitty Background stamp surrounding the adorable snowman. Sanding looks good, too, along with that blingy snowflake.

I'm still LOVIN' this card, Lois! Your sanded, embossed background just rocks. On your blog, I hadn't noticed the snowflakes you added in the sky of your snowman image panel--very nice. That bling-y snowflake is terrific! Love it all
