What a day! Da Mudder was suppose to get us teapotters a bus for the ride to Lynn Massachusetts to celebrate an 88th Birthday - BUT - some 'ol rock star got our bus. So we all hitchhiked down route 88. I'm too old and use to comfort to hitchhike, but the one saving grace was we got to shop along the way. I stopped in at a yarn shop and while the rest of them were watching a Red Sox game I sat in the cheap seats and crocheted these pink flowers. We did eventually get there! If this makes no sense or you are in any way worried about me hitchhiking check this week's teapot challenge.
I stamped the writing then overstamped the foliage. I really did crochet the flowers but not at a Red Sox game. The cute little gold butterfly came from the dollar store.

Now that's some great use of yarn. Your crocheted flowers are just lovely. Glad you were able to find the cheap seats and make these babies while hitchhiking. Boy, just typing that makes me tired. hehe Your card is super sweet and very lovely. Sounds like another great Tuesday has started. TFS :0)

Your card is just the cutest! I love your flowers - and especially since you made them at a ballgame. Sitting there with a glove on one hand and trying to make them must have been really, really hard - but you gotta be ready in case the perfect ball comes right to you! I envy your talent, I would love to be able to crochet/knit - just to make flowers!
