I hate to say, but lately I've kind of got burned out on challenges and want to do my "own thing" for awhile.
This card is for my BIL who loves the ocean and lighthouses. I thought he would enjoy this card.
I used circles and dots ef on the marina mist and old olive mats, watercolored the image, sponged clouds, added crystal effects to the ocean with waves of sparkles. I distressed the image and image panel. Added a sentiment and glued on one seashell out of my collection.
Thanks so much for taking a look; and, although it's Fall, I just had to make this ocean card for my BIL.

Well Pamzelina, your "own thing" is a mighty fine thing. Yuppers, it is. Love that wee seashell. Great layout and love your aquapainted scene. Your BIL is a lucky fella. And I think that every season is a good one for lighthouse cards! BTW, I'm not back in 'the cold' just yet - we've only been here a week. I've got lots of coupon shopping ahead of me yet! Hugz! RYPH!

Well, I guess doing your own thing suits you because this is very pretty indeed. I love your sparkling waves and what a great job on the clouds. And, you've watercolored it so pretty. Hang in there, Pam. Isn't your DH due home in about 2 wks. or so? Hugs to you~~~~

What beautiful colors for this, Pamzi!! I love how you created your wonderful cloudy sky, and that shell embellie is terrific!! I spy some terrific sparkle in those shimmering waves, too. Your BIL is one lucky guy to be getting this from you!!
