This card is one of those that just kind of happened, there was no plan and the more I look at it the more I think sticking to a plan is much better.
The base is scored and sponged with daffodil delight, pear pizzazz, and cherry cobbler. The image is colored with watercolor crayons and layered on another circle with points. The points are colored with gold metallic pen and then put on dimensionals. Added flowers and variegated ribbon. Tell me what you think. tfl

Your ribbon treatment is the perfect finishing touch.
I don't often have a card in mind when I start, I kinda fly by the seat of my pants...lol.
