For today's Inspiration Challenge we enjoyed the talented Miyuki Sakai's sewing illustration's - I was inspired by the red flowers in her plate illustrations for Martha's Stewarts Living magazine in the News section: http://miyukisakai.com/living.html
I stamped the red flower on Cherry Cobbler and cut out several layers popping them up. I covered the card base with glittered vellum - I see a bit of glitter from it landed on the rose in this photo! The sentiment is cut with Nesties Labels Four and stamped with Waltzingmous Nesties friendly stamps, sponged with Ranger Distress ink while still in the die. Added pearls and ribbon to finish off.
