This is for the HYCCT27 Challenge Gettin' Glimmermisted Wit It. We had to use some kind of mist spray on our cards with ink. I don't understand why it took me forever to figure it out. I went to Joanns & bought Shimmer Mist Spritz Silver & Gold. I will definitely be using this technique again.
I started with Brazzil Dark blue cs as the base. I sprayed the silver shimmer spritz all over the 2nd layer of the dark blue brazzil cs. (made sure I had my gloves on) I then used embossing tool to get the cs flat again & to dry it. I also used the versa mark ink pad of the stars, then used silver embossing powder & used the embossing tool. I added tiny adhesive silver beads to each corner. I stamped the sun with versa mark ink on the dark blue cs, embossed with silver powder, then cut out the sun carefully with scissors. I used a medium circle punch onto GP white cs, ran it through the CB swiss dot folder then attached a 3D dot. I also used a large circle punch on dark blue cs, then layered beneath the white circle. I added clear adhesive rhinestones around the blue circle. It's also raised with 3D dots. The sentiment is computer generated. I printed in dark blue ink on GP white cs, cut each word individually & adhered to the shimmer background.
