Who wouldn't want a pad of money to spend? The $1 bills are stacked with notes at various intervals, held with binder clips near edge and padding compound applied to the left edge. Once dry, each bill can be peeled off the pad to spend. The wrapper is made from one 8.5x11 sheet decorated with the wheel. These are a hit at Christmas and graduations. Fast food gift certificates can also be added.

What a NEAT way to give money!! I'm planning on giving money for a few gifts this year and I've GOT to do these! Thank you for sharing your idea. I'll have to go to the store and get some padding compound. Do they have it at craft stores? Also, would rubber cement do the same thing? TFS!

I bought my padding compound (quart) from the Sizzix/Ellison website and have shared some with my customers. You might be able to get some from a print shop /copy center locally--they use it to turn loose paper into pads. A small amount is all that's needed -- a baby food jar, half-filled, would keep you in pads for ages.

Very clever! Love it! This would be a neat thing to send give to your children or send to college students (of course, they would want higher bills), too! Thanks for sharing you idea!
