I just love this technique, Holly...it adds such beautiful shimmer!!! I just wish the shimmer showed in my picture!! The background color is Almost Amethyst...the Rubbernecker Iris was colored with watercolor pencils and blended with Perfect Pearls and water. Pearls and wrinkled ribbon with a button and twine finish it off. TFL!!
