This week, NancyRuth, hostess for the StampinB, challenged us to do Fall colors. What fun as I love the colors all around us now.
I watercolored my image, stamped some leaves, colored, cut, and popped them after giving them a stickle treatment. The pumpkins across the top are from my designer paper.
I'm also entering my card into two other challenges:
Kaboodle Doodles-challenge #41 http://kaboodledoodles.blogspot.com/ to use the colors you see around you. On my blog, I posted some of those colors I enjoy in the Fall.
Also, for The Stamp Man Challenge Blog: Autumn http://thestampmanchallenges.blogspot.com/
I'm using hemp cord I won on SCS Gallery Comment contest being hosted this month by Emily Keaton. It was part of the prize package for Sept. You should give it a try, leave a nice comment for someone, and maybe win something.

I've always liked that fall image -- reminds me of when I was a kid and we grew pumpkins. Your popped-up leaves add a nice textured touch! Beautiful card, Brenda.

Benzi, I love your fall card. I know you love doing fall cards and this is beautiful. I love leaves, so I like the little stickled leaves you made. The image is awesome and your coloring is just right. Love your little pumpkins and twine. You did a fabulous job. I'll try to get to StampinB, but you know how that goes with me lately . . . Hey, if you used a sewing machine, you could have sewed the twine onto the card. Bearz said she oiled up her sewing machine, but I told her no such luck here. All the oiling on that fakezi machine you sent me wouldn't make even 1 stitch!! Boo Hoooooo . . . TFS!

Benzi what an awesome card. I love the homey feeling of your image. It looks like a house in my beloved hometown in New England. Just love fall cards so much-like yours with the leaves and the twine. So beautifully done!!!
