I tried the Wet Paper Stamping from this week's Try a New Technique challenge. It was trickier than it looked on the tutorial. The stamp I used was not clear so I had to dig our my Stampamajig. I stamped the trees with creamy caramel on the wet paper then dried it. I then restamped the image in Bravo Burgundy. I used a product by DecoArt called Glistening Snow Writer to highlight the snow on the trees. I would not recommend it. The tip on the applicator is too small for the product to squeeze through so it was very difficult to apply. I ended up using a small paintbrush. I think Stickles would have been easier to use and been just as effective. I really enjoyed playing with the technique and I got to use the Innovative Stamp Creations Sketch of Nature.

I have a weakness for trees so my eyes went right to this beauty as soon as I entered your gallery- so lovely! Love your unusual cut out and the leaf accent.
