This is for TLC294-Wet Paper Stamping. I stayed home from work today feeling under the weather and had the opportunity to create a couple of projects this afternoon. Each year I create a holiday card with SU's retired Paint Prints and I thought it would be perfect to use for this challenge. My light pink ink stamped on the wet paper doesn't really show up well in the photo but it is lovely with the dark pink. I really love the lighter green leaves and purposefully stamped the darker green a little out of the line. I always love to create the flower centers and sentiment with gold embossing when I use this set for a holiday card. I love the simple elegance these images create when used for poinsettias.
Stamps: SU Paint Prints and Season's Greetings both retired
Paper: PTI Razzleberry Fizz, Old Olive, SU Watercolor
Ink: Spun Sugar, Watermelon, Shabby Shutters, Forest Moss
Accessories: Versa, Gold EP, Satin

Kittie, you've made me hope to find my Paint Prints set ... I'm betting it's in one of those 'to be for sale' boxes. This is such a lovely way to surround a sentiment! I'm with you on the gold embossing ... perfect!
