Another terrific site! One of those I could spend a couple of hours cruising around. After browsing a while, I went with one of the first things I saw on the site, this Passion Flower bedding set.
On the background, I used the amethyst and palm leaf inks direct to paper (DTP) then stamped the brocade background image on top with dk purple pigment ink. I stamped the leaf block on another piece of the DTP background and cut it out.
I also used the amethyst ink on the small orchid and purple panels, stamping the verse on the orchid and the wood background on the dark purple. For the sage green band, I used a border punch down both sides and stamped part of one brocade frame with Versamark ink. Everything is attached to a 4.25 x 5.5 sage green card.
This is also for this week's DDIC challenge, which everyone is welcome to join. Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.
