It has been a while since I've used my much loved red/white/black combo...ohhhhh what fun!!!!
Clear embossed all the images, masked the sentiment twice to make the word "believe" stand out, popped up the flowered panel, used 2 different embossing folders(the red is a little difficult to see, did out-of-the-box for the flowers, and an EK border punch for the bottom of the red panel. Whew...I think that's all!!

I love your color combo too! So many pretty things to admire about your card - the scalloped border, the out of the box lovely flowers, the two toned sentiment, the embossed textures, and the gingham!
