This card was made for a military Mom who is almost finished her 6 months overseas. Before she went she bought 2 jars and filled both with jellybeans - enough to equal the # of days she would be away. Each day her daughter at home would have one and she would have one as well. They both watched the jellybeans disappear. I tried to add the maps to further personalize it, but but CANADA on top because she's coming home!

Stamps: SU jar and jellybeans (borrowed from a friend so I don't know the name of the set!)
Paper: BG ppr on the left is patterned clock paper, however the very visual clocks over lapping are stickers (from Costco). Beige, brown & white cs. On white card.
Ink: Basic Black, close to cocoa for edge sponding
Accessories: ribbon, computer printed maps from the internet, clocks & "days gone by" stickers, "friends" printed ribbon, brads

What an absolutely *perfect* card for this occasion. I do not usually like collage cards, but this one is so well balanced and meaningful that it stands out. It will be a treasure not only for your special friend--but for her daughter to keep and treasure over the years. What a nice gift from the heart.
