This is my PAT 16 entry for Group #7 under the theme of "Mardi Gras". I felt this lively theme required a suitably lively card, so I made a shaker card! I stated with metallic cardstock and used the heated pearls technique to create an interesting texture. I cut out a frame from the same metallic cardstock and added some gold paper in certain areas to make it more of a proper rectangle. I found the image of Mardi Gras mask online and printed it onto a transparency, cut it out, and adhered it to the back of a piece of acetate. I attached the acetate to the frame, filled it with green, gold, and purple microbeads, and then used skinny pieces of foam tape to attach it. I finished the piece with some "emerald" bling.

Wow, I'd like to see this one up close with all those layers.
Are you sure this isn't Tom Cruise in that movie? LOL
Great ATC for a very lucky recipient!
