Although I managed to make this card on Sunday, it has taken me all week to get it photographed and uploaded!
The Featured Stamper this week is eberlinek (Kristen) and she has a wonderful gallery. I chose her Flourished Birthday as my inspiration. Kept her layout and design ~ used a different punch; changed the colour scheme; brad instead of a button; two layers of ribbon...
Not sure if this really qualifies as a CAS card with all those layers, but I did use this week's CAS colours. The "optional" orange is quite obvious, but I did sponge those primas with Cherry Cobbler so the red is there ~ it's just a little more subtle. The Baroque Swirl is stamped in Early Espresso and clear embossed.
This will be a Thanksgiving card for one of my daughters ~ a holiday head-start for me (WT289) even though our Canadian Thanksgiving is in October.
Thanks for stopping by!
PT: 12 corners and an edge on the outside plus a few more on the inside... RYPH!
