I created this card as a sample for It's a long video....sponging and stamping those panels took a while to show.
I created the card with the current Midnight Madness sketch. I simply LOVE this set!
The main panel was cut with Tim Holtz Baroque Sizzix die. After sponging the areas, I stitched on my sponging lines. I am sucker for those little prima flowers and will have to get me some more.

WOW Beate,, this is EXCEPTIONAL!! I love love love love this card. The image is one of my favorite Santa pictures and your whole vintage flair to this card is so appealing to me. Your gold pearl accents are GORGEOUS as well and adds just enough bling for this stunning vintage card. Thank you for the inspiration Beate, it is always such a pleasure to view and drool over your cards lol Thank you so much for joining in the fun this week at the Midnight Madness sketch challenge.

Beate this is magnificent. I just adore the background you did with the ink....that is so impressive and I must give it a try sometime. The patchwork effect of the stitching is just exquisite. Since I am also a quilter, that was the first thing that caught my eye!! lol Great job with the sketch. Thank you so much for playing along with the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge.
