I layered my card and ran the top layer through the crimper that my good friend, Chris gave me. I used Hero Arts, real leaves. I stamped five maple leaves onto white paper. I used several of Tim Holtz's distressing inks to color the leaves before I cut them out. I enhanced each leave with regular stickles and distressing stickle. I think I mentioned in a eariler post, how much I loved the distress stickles. I'm just saying it again because I really love this stuff. I didn't want my greeting to begin with 'With Sympathy' but, I did want her to know I was thinking of both she and her family. Lastly, I embossed and cut the sentiment out using Spellbinders and there you have it. I was done. I hope you like it and I hope you find inspiration in my little creation.
