CAS84 Bright Flower Garland

This is for today's CAS challenge to be inspired by a very cute balloon wreath in primary colors.
I punched a lot of flowers in the bright colors and arranged in a garland across the card. I popped up a few and added mini buttons. I also stamped some dots with a stamp from a RST set and added some curled black wire for more dimension. The sentiment is from an SU set, thought I'm not sure which one.
