I made the background myself - I used glossy cardstock (SU) and Adirondack Alchohol inks, oh ... and I straw! The best way I can describe it ... let the ink tip get close to the paper and start blowing .... as the ink droplet falls out - it will scatter. The colors from Adirodack are Denim, Stream and Lettuce.
I made the flower, also. Its scallop punched from pages of a bad poetry book (bad enough that its worth cutting up to make these wonderful flowers!). The sentiment is from Cornish Heritage Farms, I scooped it up on their closing sale last week - and I'm still hoping they find someone to buy their business.
This was made for the Etsy Inspired #105 Challenge, please check out my blog for all the details and to see the piece I picked as my inspiration: http://bellacarta.typepad.com/rebecc...nd-eic105
