Hi! This card was made for the Stampin' B's Challenge, (to use pink, blue and green on a card), and it fits today's Ways to Use it Challenge to use twine! And, it fits this week's Speedy's Friends Challenge: use 5. I used 5 blue/green half pearls!
I stamped the tree background stamp TWICE, (and cut it down to size), so that it would be a bit wider, onto Snow Storm Smooth. (The paper is PERFECT for Copic Markers!)
Next, I stamped in the grass. (It's from the Tropical Vacation Set!) The leaves for the flower are from Autumn Fun and were colored in with Copic Markers.
I used Copics for the sky, too. The sentiment was stamped, cut out and popped onto the background.
The brass charm was colored with a Copic Marker is anchored to the twine with gold cording.
And yes, the skunk thinks the flower stinks! LOL
Speedy the Cat spent a few nights last summer growling at something outside while sitting in our living room. Well, one of our dogs got a FACE full of skunk stink. He was very upset, and whining and crying. However, ALL the cats thought he smelled WONDERFUL! They ALL rubbed up on him and for about 2 months we had a dog who smelled like tomato juice and lingering skunk, along with 6 cats who REALLY smelled terrible! LOL
Finished card size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Total time to complete: 29 minutes.

Wow, I love this new set. The birch trees are gorgeous. As always, I also love the way you use it, Faith. Your little piece of twine is the perfect embellishment.
