This is for today's sketch challenge and also for the monthly Bible Verse challenge. I had a hard time with this one, ink everywhere it wasn't supposed to go, and maybe thats why I don't feel happy with the end result - in fact, that explains the positioning of the flowers! Everything has been sponged with Ranger Distress Frayed Burlap ink. The verse was computer generated and that panel is popped up. I used the script bg and then punched out the flowers, adding brads. The card base was sponged at the edges with black ink.

I thought the flowers looked pretty good just where they are - even if they weren't covering something up they'd still look perfect there . In fact, they are what really caught my eye first on this card.

Wonderful card ~ wonderful verse! I really like the vintage look you've achieved and I sooooooo understand the flowers...I find myself with lots of 'creative opportunities' too!
TFS!
