Hi! I made this card for today's CAS challenge. I don't know why, but I had the dickens of a time making this card (I guess that means it isn't a CAS card for me, huh??) I kept getting black ink smears and embossing powder all over the card, especially in the white spaces!! Oh, well, at least I was able to hide one on here with a small butterfly charm (and you thought it was decorative, didn't you?? LOL)!!
Anyway, I began by streaking regal rose and melon mambo inks on tangerine cs. Then I embossed the main image on that. I embossed the circle image on white cs using tangerine ink on top of the vm. Cut out the main image into 4 equal squares and adhered them to the cs. Punched out the circle, added a ribbon and the sentiment, and it was finally done!! Sheesh!!
TFL, and have a creative day!!

This is beautiful! I had trouble too! Trying to be "simple" is never easy for me! I like all the paper, gems and "stuff". You did a great job though, because this is a real beauty!
