This card is for QFTD Peggy-Sue - WOW, what a truly amazing and special gallery! I made this card last Sunday but am just now getting time to upload it.
Peggy-Sue, I had such a fun time browsing your gallery. You have an amazing talent for designing beautiful cards - I loved soooo many, and if time permitted I'd have cased more!
I needed a masculine card for one of my favorite coworkers, and I fell in love with this PERFECT creation: [Masculine Hope]
Changes were with the image, colors, DP and Pearls in place of brads. The trees were stamped then penciled over in browns and greens. The ground, sky and harvest moon were sponged using masking/reverse masking techniques. The frame was made using Nesties. The woodgrain layer was also punched using the smaller Nestie, then popped over the main image creating a window-box.
Thanks everyone for taking a peek!
Enjoy the long weekend!

Wow Wow Wow! This is so beautiful. I love the frame, the wood grain panel, the dimension and of course that beautiful scene. You did an amazing job here. Love it. TFS :0)
