I remembered that I had woven a ribbon panel in the "Baby Block" pattern quite a few years ago. I saw this in a Cardmaker magazine and had to try it. I remember that it took quite a while to figure out so I'm not sure I could duplicate it very easily today. I combined it with a Quilt-a-card template and added a flower. It's still kind of plain and I think I need to add a sentiment somewhere.

Wow! Good job with the woven ribbon. It made a beautiful butterfly.

Brilliant!! Beautiful. I've always wanted to do a tumbling-block design either in knitting or -if ever - patchwork. I can't imagine even trying it with ribbon!
