I love this card. The scalloped circle has been cut from new CS that Joann's is carrying! It is glitter coordinations CS! Love it...so many colors.
I stamped the scene and circle cut it to fit inside the scallop. The mermaid, fish, large bubble, and sentiment are all popped up on SU Dimensionals. The ribbon is a find from Hancock Fabrics. Stickles Diamond is used on bubbles and pearls while Stickles Ice is used on mermaid dress because it has bigger pieces of glitter.
I am learning how to use my copics!!! Love how the fish and mermaid hair came out. I need to learn how to add blond highlights to the hair now.
