Oh - now I am not a big fan of coffee shops as I usually have better and way cheaper at home, but I can understand your sense of loss. We've had too many shops close with the recession, especially some of the smaller book stores. Love that old-fashioned coffee pot - even the colours remind me of an old 70s Russell Hobbs percolator.

I feel sad for you too. That Starbucks was such a part of your life. I love your card. I had a coffee pot just like that for 20 years. Memories... memories. sigh.
