This is for the Ways to use it challenge WT283
We were to use a button on our card.
This is my second try to make a card for this challenge. My first card got "rained" on INSIDE my house. It was rainy and windy here in the area I live and several of our roof tiles blew off the roof...and the next thing you know there is water pouring down my light in the center of my craft area...right on my craft table...
So here is my second try of making a card (and not made in my Wet craft room...
I made this card using the instructions I found here. http://stampinat6213.blogspot.com/se.../QUILT%20CARDS

Oh no, Jill, that is not a good thing to happen. We had tiles off once too, but at least no damage done. Hope you get them fixed soon! I like your colours and the sort of patched layout with the button in the centre - and hope that you have some more enjoyable moments today!

Right over your craft table, what a shame. Why couldn't it have been the kitchen?
Love your "quilted" card! What a great way to use up all those scraps!

A very pretty quilt. I like the width of the strips you used. I've done them with narrower strips. It seems that using wider strips would be a little faster. I like the combo of your soft and bold colors.
