Well, believe it or not, I do not own any plain glitter! So I had to improvise on this challenge. I stamped the tree and then instead of using a punch, I cut it out. Then I made tiny dots with the end of a paintbrush on the white paper, ran it through my Xyron upside down and used my clear glitter EP on it. It gives it a similar look as the packing tape.
The background was inspired by another card in this challenge, only I used my spots on the slick side of Shrinky Dink plastic and then spritzed it with water, and shook it around to mix the colors a bit and get rid of the lines from the spots. Then I let it dry and spritzed it again just to moisten the colors. Stamped the Print Pattern bkg on the plastic and then on the glossy CS.
Sorry to write a novel!

This is really stunning!!! Love what you did with the Batik looking background... I want to case, but your instructions left me a bit confused... did you add the ink to the bkg stamp with your spots, spritz with water and stamp on to a Shrinky dink plastic? Then transfer to the glossy? I think that's what you did... it is really pretty. TFS.

I really appreciate your description of your BG. I do not have ink pens yet so I really liked how you did your smakin polyshrink instead of smakin acetate. Your tree looks great too. Tfs Into my fav's. Nancy

My backgroundCOOL! Love to see someone use my ideas. I like this one! It also works well with re inkers, you can smear it on with aqua painter.
Great card and love your tree, another good way to use some of my colored glitter. Thanks for the idea!
