This week’s digi challenge was to cluster things on your page. Here’s my take – my younger DGD (left) and one of her two best friends. (It’s wonderful to have two best friends at the age of 4!)
For the background, I added a full layer of the dotted paper, then used the eraser tool to delete those dots in the center area and then reduced the opacity. I also used brushes to add the green inked edge. I used the Marquee tool to copy a section of the pink flower petal and placed it on top of the friends sign so it looks like part of the flower is overlapping the sign while the rest is underneath. The more I use PSE, the more I enjoy it!

Oh this is absolutely wonderful, Wendy! The use of the bird and flowers and butterflies adds to the lovely whimsical feel of the page. I love the polkadot papers, very happy, very cheerful. And the clustering is spectacular, beautiful take on the challenge! (and the photo is too adorable)

Thanks so much for explaining how you created this. Sometimes I look at digital layouts and have a hard time figuring out what is pre-made and what is created or edited by the scrapper, so this really helps me see your brilliance as a digital scrapper!
