Next weekend a good friend of me will become the "mother" of a cute little puppy. His name will be Django and because I am going to visit the little babyboy I had to make a card for his "parents". ;) I immediately knew which image I wanted to use for this card: Bo is an image from Tiddly Inks and the good news is that it is a freebie! I have coloured Bo with my koh-i-noor pencils and I coloured his eyes with a black glaze pen. I used the rectangle nestabilities to cut the image out and I used a blue fineliner to doodle on the edges of the paper. I added the name Django and his birth date to the balloons and then I printed them on patterned paper. I cut them out and used foamtape to adhere them on the image. On the darkblue card I added a layer of patterned paper and I doodled again on the edges of the paper. I cut a strip of the darkblue paper and punched it with the apron punch from fiskars. On top of that I placed a white ribbon and bow. In the corner I added a couple of hearts that were punched.
