Ok, Don't kick me out of the gallery yet, He has a carrot nose..... It works right ?
Coffeestamper told me about the challenge over at totallystampalicious blog to do a one layer card. They scare me but I thought ok, give it a go. I always wanted to try the TLC245 Double Embossing or Blank Embossing any way.
After I did my double embossing, I sponged and brayered over my embossed dots . I kept it a true one layer with no frills.
And if you still want to kick me out of the gallery I will leave gracefully, Maybe a little kicking and screaming, but still graceful.
Thanks for looking

Ackkkkkk!!!! He is SOOOOOOOO dang cute!! I'm not kicking him out... no way!! Although, it is pushing 100 degrees in my garden today, so I don't think he would last long!!
I tried that embossing trick once when it was a challenge. I remember liking it, but I don't always remember how all those layering pieces went... so I haven't tried to do it again. I agree, one layer cards are scary and hard! I like to admire everyone elses beautifuly creations instead of attempting it myself! Another great card, Irene!

As I said on coffeestamper's card - OLC are a big challenge for me. You knocked this one out of the park - or garden, so to speak! It's great. And hey, if it was winter nobody would raise an eyebrow to a snowman in your garden. And you're right, he does have a carrot nose. Works for me. Well done!
