Now Faith before you go calling the challenge police on me. I did use a pin on my project. It just happens to be a jewelry pin. I made a porcelain butterfly using my Layers of Color butterfly. I colored it to look like a common orange sulfur butterfly. I found this butterfly corpse at McDonalds and brought it to my office to use as my model for my butterfly pin. Then I needed a place for my butterfly pin to live, so I made a gift box. I used ink spray smash on the paper used for the box. I used my Layers of Color art stencil on the box. I added my handmade roses with a twist. This time I added gold fringes to the centers.

Wowzers MariLynn, this is awesome! How about that, using a still life so to speak model for the butterfly. Amazing job. I am going to have to find out how you make these porcelain pins. Wonderful job. TFS :0)
